While the rooms were run down with door handles falling off and a non-functional toilet, the availability of lounge chairs and tables was convenient for snacks by the pool. The quick and slightly rushed cleaning service left the rooms dirty. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite using bare hands for bread/pastries at times. The hotel's location was great for access to the Boston area, but the presence of mosquitoes due to the wooded surroundings was a downside.
